La Silla time-lapse

This time-lapse video shows a panoramic view of La Silla, located at the outskirts of the Chilean Atacama Desert, 600 km north of Santiago de Chile and at an altitude of 2400 metres. The images were taken by the end of 2017.

The rotating effect was achieved using the Vixen Polarie mount, which was vertically set on a tripod.
