M5 Cell Structure contract signed

José Juan Sánchez, Vice Director General for the Internationalisation of Science and Innovation at the Ministerio de Ciencia, Innovación y Universidades, speaks at the signing ceremony for the design and manufacture contract of the ELT mirror 5 between ESO and SENER Aeroespecial. The contract was signed on 29 November 2019 at ESO Headquarters in Garching bei München in Germany.
