Shooting at the centre of the Milky Way
This short video shows the Unit Telescopes 3 and four, also called Melipal and Yapun, during their nightly work. One of the telescopes is also using its laser guide star, which is pointing at the centre of the Milky Way. These lasers help astronomers to improve the quality of the images they take.
